Before kids, when I had to use an alarm clock, I was addicted to the snooze button too. I don't get it...you set your alarm 30+ minutes early so you can hit snooze and sleep like crap those minutes...you're not alone my friend!!

I think you're in good shape with the alarm! I'm serious about what I'm going to say. I set mine for 5 and I end up resetting it so many times that I get up at 10:30 am (on a good day.)

We don't use an alarm clock. We also don't have to get up to go to work. Both the hubster and I work from home which makes it VERY nice. When we had an office job, we would set the alarm, but usually got up before it went off. I know. It stinks. Lately, we haven't been sleeping well, so we sleep later in the morning. Gotta get out of that habit! How do you like your sleep

I wake up when the kids wake up usually around 6:30. On days they sleep late, hubby's alarm/snooze wakes me up.

PS Dave buries the smashed hard drive in the yard in a couple different spots. I'm not kidding.

I like Kelly..I think a lot of that is to get attention for the show,maybe not so much for her.
My phone snoozes for 10 miutes. I don't think it is productive either. I also don't understand people who set the clocks forward 15 or 30 minutes...they did it so they know it is not the correct time!

I set our alarm for 6am and hubby will sometimes get out of bed at that time. When he gets back from his bath, dressed and leaves, is when I finally wake up enough to watch a little news or something tivoed before I get up at 6:40 or so. I'm downstairs by 7.
If one daughter isn't up by 7, the morning will be a disaster.

and the sound of an alarm is like nails on a chalkboard to me. My husband doesn't use the snooze button, but he lays in bed for at least 15 minutes after it goes off.
