Question: What Movie Was I Watching That Produced This Pile of Tissues??

I rarely watch movies; there just aren't that many that I feel like spending two hours on. But a friend strongly recommended this movie. I'd swear I asked her up front if it was a tearjerker, and she said no. Either way, it was a great movie.

What was I watching? It was

Keanu has that way about him that he just lures me right in. What can I say? I'm a sucka for a good Keanu movie...

Now excuse me while I go back to my Keanu Reeves dream state...

Have you seen this movie? Did you like it? (Good to know I'm only 4 years behind the times)

P.S. We are not playing cards anytime soon. Hopefully any tissue germs will be dead by then.

P.P.S. I caught myself pressing the "rev" button when the movie was over :D

It was OK.
He doesn't get me excited at all...well, he was cool in The first couple of Matrix movies ;-)

Even if it hasn't any logic involved in it (fantasy movies have to be some kind of logic, or not?) I loved it.
I like Keanu as well, but I've heard that he's a jerk.

I LOVE Keanu!!! I had a huge crush on him for a very long time...a friend of mine used to tease me about it because she thought he was the worst actor. Anyway, I have seen The Lake House and I did like it.

I don't cry too much at movies- I'm a guy!

I did see it and I did like it, although I did not produce that massive pile of tissues while watching it. :)

I don't think it was one of the best films I've seen but I enjoyed it. Then again I too am a Keanu softie! I am pretty sure I did cry when I watched it but I generally am a big baby during movies.

I loved that movie too! Don't remember using quite that many kleenexes...

I caught part of it on the Lifetime channel or something like this during the winter, but didn't get to finish watching it. I liked it so much, I actually borrowed it from the library to see the whole thing.

I *think* I've seen it, although strangely enough I don't remember crying too much (so maybe I'm wrong). Keanu is DreamyMcDreamy in 'Point Break' (still one of my all-time favourite movies). As for the crying, my eyeballs are like dangerously faulty taps, so much so that my family tells me what I definitely *won't* be watching because the consequences could be just too dire for all concerned. I was reminded last night for instance that I simply *cannot* watch 'Million Dollar Baby' and shouldn't even *consider* 'Grand Tourino'. Based on your recommendation, I may have to add 'The Lake House' to my rather extensive list.

I do love a good cry. I haven't seen this movie, but now that I know it will produce a refreshing cleansing of my tear ducts, I will be putting it on my list of movies to watch!

I remember when this came out, but I have never seen it. I used to love Keanu as a teenager.

If I remember the plot correctly, this definitely sounded like a tearjerker.

I loved this movie! I heart Keanu big time!!

Sometimes a good tearjerker is in order.

Eh, it was ok. It got terrible reviews so I didn't watch it right when it came out. I don't remember crying that much, if at all :p A really good tearjerker? "A Walk To Remember" That one makes me cry every time.

I;m not generally a fan of Keanu Reeves and then I discovered some really cool things about him as a person and it totally changed how I thought about him.

As for the movie, haven't seen it, but am intrigued!

Ok---so I hope you won't hate me, but I can't stand Keanu----Johnny Depp is another story----just read my latest post....

But I do like a good cry. :)

I don't know if I've seen that movie. I feel like maybe I have, but I don't really remember it. That can't be good! I'm glad you enjoyed it though :)
