If Napkins Don't Excite You, This is NOT the Post for You (aka Napkin Nirvana)

I try to avoid getting all weepy over products; I really do. But, I was surprised the other day when I wiped my mouth on the new napkins I had just moments earlier placed in my napkin holder.

After years of using generic store brand napkins, this was pure bliss. I didn't know napkins could feel so fluffy and delightful!!

You may be wondering what brought on the change from generic to name brand. I'm not gonna say the brand since it's not like this is a paid endorsement or anything Bounty.

The change was on accounta the fact that I purchase my paper towels at the my local warehouse store - in the 16 roll BIG package. I received in the mail a handy dandy coupon for a free package (the 200 count) of napkins with purchase of said paper towels. I couldn't pass up an offer such as this. (If you are a believer in small locally owned shops, please refrain from chastising me. Because if it wasn't for BJ's I would not have had the opportunity to experience the equivalent of Napkin Nirvana.)

I can't wait to get home and eat!!! or rather - wipe!

I knew it was Bounty, I won't use anythign else now, they have roped me and I pay the outrageous store price when I can't get them at Sam's that's how much I like them, nope, I can honestly say I LOVE this product!!!!!
Wow, how sad is that, such joy from a napkin?

I have to admit that we use what I lay my hands on first in the shop (since I'm all for an SAS approach to supermarket shopping, i.e. a a swift strike and we're out). I have to admit however that when we're on generic brands I've noticed that they're thin and mean so that we end up using twice as much. Yes, I'm probably fonder of the triple ply, soft weave, soopa absorbent Bounty too! :)

And now you're addicted to that type of napkin. Coupons are smart for the manufacturers. That's how I got addicted to Viva paper towels. I had a coupon and loved the way they felt like cloth.

see - that free coupon totally sucked you in & now you are going to be a faithful napkin buyer! One point goes to marketing for Bounty! hehe!

Hmmm. I'm guessing you need a lot of napkins in a home with a high cheeseball consumption rate. But wouldn't cloth napkins be more ecologically correct. Just an observation from California, the land of PC.

They have the best paper towels, but I haven't tried the napkins. In fact, I don't even buy napkins - we just use paper towels. (neanderthals!) Rethinking it, though.

I knew it had to be Bounty....because that is all I will use. Same for paper towels! And it MUST be the pure white ones...none of this decorated crap! If Kevin comes home with (gasp!) printed paper towels...back to the store they go! Or to his Mom's house and I take the plain white ones!

Some think I may be crazy! I just like what I like!

Well, there ya go. And if you could please tell Mr. Fairway to stop using my paper towels as napkins? I'm trying to save money here...geesh!

There is no comparison. I totally cheap out on canned veggies but go for the good stuff when it comes to napkins, paper towels and TP!

lol thats awesome! I'll definetly look for those! Maybe it'll help me remember to buy them, we're often without napkins because I just keep forgetting them at the store and then we have to use papertowels or none at all lol:)

Go shop anywhere you like as long as there are local employees, I feel it makes no difference. right?

I'm not particular to one brand of anything. Right now I but whatever is cheapest.

I was thinking about you this weekend and just wanted to stop by and say hi!
