The story leaves many unanswered questions, but the only question I have is: Would you let this guy touch your face?
That is a photo of the actual tattoo artist who tattooed her face! WTH was she thinking? I wouldn't trust the dude to tattoo my butt let alone my face!! Am I wrong for judging a book by it's cover? I have no problem with tattoos and you know that I lurve my new piercing but something just seems a teeny tiny bit "off" about this dude!
Thanks again to everyone who weighed in on yesterday's post. Your opinions were very insightful. I am going to try to weave more of my everyday life into the blog when possible. (A little difficult to do on this post.)

hmmm, I find it hard to believe that if she only requested 3 that this guy would just decide to do a lot more! and fall asleep during a tatoo? she must have no nerve endings to feel even a prick of pain! :-)
Apparently they are saying that unless she was drugged theres no way she could have been asleep, he cant speak french and thats all she spoke to him in and shes gonna be permaently scarred. but my question is... who the hell gets FACE tattoos? seriously, you do end up like that guy. Tastelful tattoos are nice, but i'm sorry. You tattoo your face.. with all the sun damage you have already done.. good luck making them stay nice and... fresh.
I do want a tattoo, but not on my face. Just because its body art doesnt mean ya gotta show it.

I have tattoos and friends who look scary like that and I try to keep an open mind but there is no way in hell I would let that guy touch my body with a needle!

You should have seen one of the tattoo artist I had in the past. She is a transgender, which I could care less about and she did an awesome job, but was very unique in her own right. Her whole face was tattooed like one big butterfly mask and her legs from top to bottom was tattooed to look like fishnet stockings...haha It was a site :)

she was definitely under the influence of something illegal -- there's no way she could've slept through that... unless he was using a sharpie!
and i won't judge the tattoo artist as a person, but he sure doesn't seem to have much self-control with a tattoo needle in his hand. ;)

Yeah, my first thought was FELL ASLEEP????? What the heck were you on??? OMG I'm sure it was a "miscommunication", she just got mad when her boyfriend didn't like it - what a wacko!!

I've gotten many tattoos, and I nearly fell asleep during two of them. I'm a very weird one and enjoy the pain, and for the two I almost fell asleep during, it was actually quite soothing. THAT SAID... who the crap falls asleep during a face tattoo? I'm all for body art (evidenced by my own tattoos) and I don't have problems with tattoos on the face area so long as you realize what you're doing. However, there's a huge difference between 3 and 56. I don't care what language you're speaking and I think this faults the girl, not the artist.
Depending on the guy's portfolio and what the shop looks like is whether or not I'd let him tattoo me. I don't personally care for his piercings, but hey, if it makes him happy. There seems to be something... off... about him when I look at his eyes, though. Strange.
I heard the story and was horrified until I read in the paper, and by paper I mean The Enquirer, that she is suing him and that its a total lie.
Which makes sense. How could you SLEEP through that? Hello? Shes a nut job.

Hmmmm.... Not sure what to think of the tattoo artist. Falling asleep during what I can only imagine as the most horrific pain... (picture me with my pinky to my mouth) rrriiiggghhhttt!
